The following list is for illustration purposes only and aims to provide a snapshot of some of the typical projects we have undertaken.
Research
SCL Elections was contracted to identify the key issues that would trigger voters to change their electoral behaviour in each constituency of an Asian country. This required a 5-month intensive behavioural Target Audience Analysis programme, sampling over 10,000 respondents for both qualitative and quantitative data in order to produce a campaign strategy that ultimately won the client the election.
Consultancy
SCL Elections was called in at very short notice to manage a keynote presentation to party officials and potential financiers in a Caribbean country. This included speech writing and training for political party delegates, together with filming, editing and broadcasting in real-time across the country.
Rally
SCL Elections was contracted to organise a political rally for 300,000 people in a South American country. This was the largest political rally ever held in the country and required a team of 75 people from SCL Elections to organise and manage, with only 6 weeks notice.
Road-Show
SCL Elections was contracted to provide a road-show programme to reach constituencies in one of the most remote and inhospitable regions of an East African country. SCL Elections coordinated and managed a 16-week road-show campaign covering more than 10,000 miles across remote desert and mountainous constituencies.
OpCentre
SCL Elections was contracted to design, build and install a strategic communications OpCentre for a Southeast Asian country. The OpCentre, which included integrated television and radio broadcast studios, was used to manage and coordinate an entire election campaign, including electoral research, strategic campaign formulation and campaign output over a 9-month period.
