SCL India was contracted to undertake an in-depth analysis of the electorate, including all-voter identification and competitive intelligence of opposition parties for the Bihar Assembly Election 2010.
The core challenge was to identify the floating/swing voters from each of the Parties and to measure the levels electoral apathy, resulting from the poor and unchanged condition of the State due to 15 years of incumbent rule.
In addition to the research phase, SCL India were tasked to organize the party base at the village level by creating a communication hierarchy to help increase the performance of the Party activists and leaders in motivating their supporters.
This work resulted in helping our Client to win a landslide victory with over 90% of total seats targeted by SCL Elections.
